We understand that scheduling conflicts arise, which requires cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. We are establishing the following policies in order to ensure the best possible service and experience to every one of our clients.
To ensure quality service we recommend that you arrive early or on time for your appointment. If you do arrive late, your services may need to be shorten, modified or rescheduled.
We, respectfully, request a 3-hour minimum notice for any cancellations. This allows us ample opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client seeking services.
Failure to make your scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance will be considered a "No Show". We will waive the No Show fee the first time. All subsequent No Shows will be subject to 100% of the entire booked services. No further appointments will be scheduled until the No Show fee is paid.
